Can I check in for my flight right there at the airport?
Kiosk check-in is no longer available. Passengers may check-in online via AA.com/app or via Breeze.com. Customer Service Agents are available to assist at the ticket counter.
Can I print my ticket when I arrive to the airport?
Yes. American Airline agents are available to assist at the ticket counter.
Can I travel with my medication?
Yes, with some qualifiers. Here are a few tips you may find helpful from the TSA.
Do you have an airport shuttle service?
No. Uber and Lyft are available in Wicomico County, as well as Franks Airport Shuttle (410-422-1479), serving the Airport for over 40 years.
Do you provide handicap services?
Passengers may request wheelchair service or other needs-based assistance at the time of ticketing, directly from their airline or at anytime prior to their flight. The SBY Regional Airport Terminal is accessible for our passengers and visitors.
How do I apply for TSA PreCheck?
It takes five minutes to submit an online application and schedule a ten minute in-person appointment that includes a background check and fingerprinting at an enrollment center.
Before you apply, we recommend that you review the various DHS trusted traveler programs, such as the TSA PreCheck Application Program, Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI, to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements and determine the best program for you.
How long before my flight do I need to arrive?
One and a half to two-hours prior to your scheduled departure time is recommended. The cut-off for checked bags is 40-minutes before departure. Please plan accordingly.
How many carry on bags can I have?
Each air carrier has different baggage allowances based on your purchased fare. Check with your airline’s website, or contact Customer Service.
